In my latest course, we explored another Technology integration theory called the Technology Acceptance Model. The TAM model was developed in the late ’80’s by Fred Davis and has been refined ever since.  usefulness for the individual and ease of use seem good parameters to judging the adoption of a specific technology. This theory seems especially relevant in 2015 with so many choices in terms of technologies (i.e. software, hardware etc.) I also wonder if there would be a variation in technology use from work to home. For example, I currently use the Windows platforms for professional work and iOS for personal/home use. (and Google in both!) Having a foot in both “camps” is beneficial in terms of experience and with opportunity to compare.
